What this site does
noai.it.com is the public website for NOAI. It explains who we are and how to contact us. There is no public account system and no customer portal. There is an optional guestbook for short notes, and an optional Challenge Discovery conversation for structured inquiries.
Challenge Discovery
If you use Challenge Discovery at /challenge, we store the answers you provide about your situation — for example what you are trying to solve, how it affects you, optional contact details, and the email address you give us so we can respond. We use this only to understand the inquiry and follow up. Please do not include passwords, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information. You can ask us to delete a submission by emailing hello@noai.it.com.
Guestbook
The homepage guestbook is optional. If you leave a note, we store the name you choose and the text you write so we can read it. Notes are not shown on the website. Do not include email addresses, phone numbers or other private details. We may remove notes that are spam, abusive or out of place.
Information we receive
If you email hello@noai.it.com, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company and the problem you want to discuss. We use that information only to respond and, if relevant, continue the conversation.
Hosting and logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical logs such as IP address, browser type and requested pages. For Challenge Discovery we may store a one-way hash of the IP address for abuse prevention — not the raw IP. These logs exist to operate and protect the site, not to build advertising profiles.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used — for example which pages are viewed and from which countries. Challenge Discovery also sends anonymous funnel events (started, step completed, submitted, abandoned) without including the content of your answers. Google may set cookies and process technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information on Google's servers. We use this to improve the site, not to sell advertising against your visit.
Cookies
Essential cookies may be set by the hosting platform to deliver the site securely. Challenge Discovery keeps answers in your browser session storage until you submit or clear them. Google Analytics may also set cookies to distinguish visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and sharing
Email correspondence and Challenge Discovery submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting work. We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate the site — currently hosting, email, database (self-hosted PostgreSQL), and Google Analytics — or when required by law.
